Part Time Bookkeeping

Often clients only need us to come in to do the monthly reconciliation and tax processing while they handle the bank deposits and small amount of vendor bills themselves. That can help keep the costs down as well, several accounts just take us a couple hours a month to provide financial reports.

A second set of clientele prefers that we handle the payables and or the receipts/deposits being made. In this case we’ll come into your place of business process any income, pay bills, keep you abreast of the bank balance and take care of anything else you might need. Every one of our team members is adept with Excel, Word, all the typical office software. We bill hourly for all our services, it seems fairest and we do not charge for travel time.

We also service those who prefer to hand off a box at years end or just need a final review and year end paperwork done.
